For more than 7 years in metro Atlanta and more than 7 years in metro Jacksonville, I have educated buyers about down payment assistance programs that have helped them purchase homes. I’ve provided them with listings as soon as homes go on the market, and I’ve given them additional information about listings that they’ve found online; and once their perfect house is identified, I’ve negotiated the best deal for them, and guided them through the purchase process from the written contract to the closing table.
In nearly a decade-and-a-half as a licensed REALTOR®, I’ve helped sellers by providing them with up-to-date information about the Comparable Market Value of their home, and I’ve helped them to price and stage their home in order to attract offers. I’ve put my Information Technology Experience to work, promoting their homes to thousands of targeted potential buyers via social network and online.
